Business Overview

We operate pastry shops and bakery with a British concept in department stores, train stations and shopping centres. We don’t just sell products, but at the same time we also promote British food culture, for example, ‘scones with clotted cream and jam’ and ‘the difference between biscuits and shortbread’.

コーニッシュ クロテッドクリーム
The world’s No.1 clotted cream, used by most of the UK’s five-star hotels, produced using traditional methods handed down for over 130 years in modern facilities. Only fresh raw milk from within 30 miles of the local Conwall factory is used as the raw material. The surface of the cream has a golden crust, a sign of clotted cream made using traditional methods.

Shortbread and fudge
Shortbread and fudge is a traditional British pastry. Made with plenty of our signature clotted cream. Rich in flavour.

Scones
It is made using the best recipe we can think of at the moment, based on our experience. The ingredients are French wheat, grass-fed butter, buttermilk, yoghurt and clotted cream. After hand kneading, the dough is allowed to rest properly and then baked in a deck oven with a stone chamber to ensure moistness.
